Willow Floral Design (WFD) guarantees the quality of flowers used when either preparing floral orders for delivery or supplying direct from their florist shop at 31 Trafalgar Street, Nelson City, Nelson 7010. Flowers are sourced daily from both local and national flower markets.
Should the flower (or flowers) ordered not be available due to reasons beyond WFD’s control (seasonal variety, failure of grower to supply, late shipment), another flower variety will be substituted at WFD’s discretion.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your floral order, please advise WFD immediately on receiving the delivery. The condition of the flowers can then be assessed before deterioration takes place under changed temperature and environment. WFD will then discuss the original details and, if satisfied, issue a replacement floral order. All complaints should be directed to WFD by either email or telephone.
Willow Floral Design and its agent(s) will make every endeavour to satisfy your delivery requirements both locally, nationally and internationally. The company is a member of the Teleflora and Petals networks, which are relay services for florists. In the unfortunate situation of non-delivery of a floral order, contact WFD as soon as possible for management to commence tracking and investigating. Please note that liability cannot be accepted where incorrect delivery details have been given. Willow Floral Design carries out deliveries throughout the Nelson region, Motueka, Golden Bay and Murchison. Same-day service or weekend deliveries may not always be available and are dependant on delivery instructions and locale. Exact delivery times, especially to outer Nelson regions or rural addresses, cannot be guaranteed.
WFD is bound by the Official Information Act and is legally unable to provide any information about a sender or sender’s despatch of anonymous floral orders to any third party.
Payment for flower supply or floral orders can be made by cash,, direct deposit, EFT-POS or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX).
All credit card transactions are handled via a secure online payments gateway (DPS [direct payment solutions]). Credit card security is of the utmost importance to WFD and policies and procedures are in place for secure online transactions. As credit card details are not retained by WFD, they need to be re-entered for subsequent purchases. This policy ensures that personal information is completely secure at all times. If you choose not to use your credit card online, please contact WFD to arrange another form of payment.

Information Use Personal information supplied will only be accessed by WFD for the purpose of replying to specific queries re services, or for attending to requests made by you. If you have chosen to join the WFD database, your email address may be used by the company, from time to time, to provide regular updates and news. c. IP Addresses WFD logs IP addresses (the location of your computer on the internet) for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. Your IP address is not linked to any personally identifiable information. d. Security WFD has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control. All information is stored in a secure operating environment. The internet is a constantly-evolving environment and new content and functionality is continuously being added to the WFD website. As such, reviews of privacy and security policies and procedures are conducted when changes are made to the website, when content is added and when new applications are implemented. e.
